Dave is the face of our dealership! As our General Manager he leads us towards excellence each day. Dave started in the automotive industry in 1998 while in college at St. Augustine University. From the sales floor, finance office to managing partner in the Crossroads Team, Dave is the hub of our success.
Khalil joined the Crossroads Nissan Family in 2014. Beyond making great deals, Khalil finds solace in the great outdoors, often indulging in leisurely walks in nature. He is a huge NBA and Basketball fan. As a proud parent, he cherish every moment with his beloved son, Banks. Khalil brings a unique blend of personal interests and professional expertise to our team, making them an invaluable asset.
Chanel has been an automotive professional since 2000, and is a valued member of the Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest Team. Chanel builds relationships with clients so they feel like family. When out of the office you’ll find Chanel with her loving wife and kids. She enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants along with taking time for self-care.

Brian has been a customer favorite since 2019 at Crossroads Nissan. He is a product knowledge expert and prides himself on providing truly exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale. From knowing the tow ratings on a new Titan, to being able to explain how to enjoy all of the features on your new EV, Brian is happy to be of assistance.
A native of Vance County, when out of the office he enjoys hunting and fishing. He is a skilled billiards player and is always up for good competition.

Carl is a 3 years Award of Excellence winner with Nissan. He offers our team nearly 9 years in the automotive industry and is an essential member of our finance team. As a sports fanatic, you will enjoy chatting with Carl about everything from racing, basketball to football. When out of the office, Carl enjoys trying new restaurants, live music and of course catching the occasional game or drag race.
Val has been with Crossroads Nissan since 2021. She started out as a valued member of the Vehicle Exchange Department and worked her way up to be a Nissan Product Specialist. She brings a warm personality, excellent customer service skills coupled with a wealth of product knowledge about Nissan vehicles.
When out of the office, you’ll find Val spending quality time with her friends and family. She enjoys photography and Latin dancing.

Edmund has been in the automotive industry for over 7 years and with Crossroads Nissan for most of that time. He specializes in Nissan product knowledge and enjoys showing customers how to use all of the latest technology!
He is a graduate of NC State with a bachelor’s in Economics! Go Pack! As a foodie, Edmund loves to explore a variety of local restaurants and when he is not seeking out the latest fine dining, he can be found in the gym where he trains to stay healthy.

Reggie has been with Crossroads Nissan since 2015, and offers more than 27 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is a 5 time Nissan Award of Excellence recipient and a 2 time Nissan Top 50 Sales Performer.
Away from the office, Reggie loves spending time with his beautiful wife and family as they enjoy traveling, playing golf and billiards together. He is a member of Raleigh North Christian Center and on Sunday’s you’ll find him serving as an usher.

Sara joined the Crossroads BDC Team in 2024, but has been serving automotive customers for over two years. She is a student at UNC Pembroke finishing up her senior year in business administration! Providing exceptional customer service is a top priority for Sara. If you are interested in one of our new or pre-owned vehicles, she will ensure you are set up for success before you even step foot into the dealership.
Matt has been with Crossroads Nissan for just over 19 years. All of our new and pre-owned vehicles are his responsibility. He takes great pride in managing each one from their first day on the lot until they are in the driveways of their new owners.
Outside of the dealership, you’ll find Matt in the kitchen creating new dishes and perfecting classic ones. He also enjoys playing cards and spending quality time with his children.
